Spring Break

I usually go on a trip for spring break (the past five years I've been to Athens, Georgia to visit my sister's family.) But, this year I planned to stay in Columbia so I could prep for the baby. Considering I'm now 35 weeks along, I probably shouldn't be traveling too far anyway. It's been a very productive week with much energy spent working on the nursery. My mom came up on Monday and stayed until Wednesday. I kept her more than busy, and it was amazing what a 61 year old grandma and an almost 9 month along pregnant woman accomplished. We did elicit help from my wonderfully tall husband as we needed some things hung up high. I'm feeling the best I've felt during this entire pregnancy. My biggest complaint is that I have a burning sensation in my upper right rib area where the baby's butt is wedged in. Occasionally it turns into a sharp pain, and I manage with ice and a little stretching. I haven't thrown up in 5 weeks, and I'm managing to get a lot done. I hope I'm not already nesting, as I could use this next month to get a few more things ready for little baby Rogers. I'm wondering if I'll even be able to tell if I'm nesting, because non-pregnant me goes on organizing and cleaning spurts quite often. After I explained nesting to Jacob he told me, "that's going to hit you hard." I can't even imagine what's in store for me in the next month. Here's what we've accomplished so far in the nursery:
